Beta terms

DriverPocket is an early record-keeping tool operated by Vivekan Kangatharan for adult taxi and private-hire drivers. The beta is free, requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Your entries

You are responsible for accurate entries, fuel assumptions and avoiding duplicate costs. Calculated profit is not a tax calculation, accounting certification or HMRC submission. Estimates are not actual expenditure.

During the beta

Features may change and errors or interruptions may occur. Keep independent records and regular downloads. Report issues using feedback. Do not enter passenger information or use another person’s account.

Future subscriptions

Subscriptions are not currently available. Final terms, total payable and cancellation details will be shown before you choose a paid plan. Joining the beta does not authorise any payment.

Your rights

You can export and clear your records. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. See the privacy page for data handling information.
